Home for the Holidays? Look for Signs Older Family Members May Need Help
For many Americans, the holiday season is one of the few times of the year that they and their parents and other older relatives spend quality time together.
That makes it an ideal time to determine if older loved ones need assistance in any areas of their lives, such as personal care, home maintenance, physical problems, finances and transportation.

Every year more older adults require access to community resources to enable them to remain in their homes. Last year, AgeOptions and our community senior service partners made a difference in the lives of 234,231 individuals - an increase of more than 33,000 from the previous year.
The need for our services and programs continues to grow as the population of older adults increases ever year. Unfortunately, support from federal and state governments is on the decline at the same time the older population is increasing dramatically.
You can make a difference in the lives of the older adults in our communities.
At this time of year when we all take the opportunity to think beyond our own circumstances, we ask you to remember the older adults in our communities and the effect your support will have in their lives.
Please consider making a year-end contribution to AgeOptions and help us continue to provide life-changing services for older adults - services such as information and assistance, home-delivered and congregate meals, benefits assistance and so much more. Your support will help to provide the much-needed financial resources to continue these vital programs and services.
Please make a life-changing contribution today!
You can make a secure online contribution by clicking on the PayPal logo below. Or if you prefer, you can call us at (708)383-0258.
Thank you for all you do on behalf of the older adults in our communities.
