One Whole Health...For You!        Vol. 127

FG Profile PicLet me begin by sending my love and positive thoughts to everyone on the East Coast.  The way the human spirit pulls together in times of crisis is truly inspiring.

I'm writing to let you know that I will be in LA the week of Nov. 12. Why?  There is one big, exciting reason (I'll tell you about that in a minute), but first I wanted to invite you to reach out to me if you will be in the LA area and would like to connect.  I'd love to meet up and talk about how One Whole Health Corporate Wellness Solutions can support your organization or just to catch up and hear what you've been up to.  Let me know a time that works for you and we'll figure out where to meet.Leah Lund

Keep reading to see what I'm up to in LA, hear results from The Sweet & Sour Cleanse Club and enjoy 5 tips from my "Feeling Good on Purpose" guide for creating better balance while you make greater progress.

Now Available To Order!

Ready, Aim, Soar!

I'm super excited to share some news with you. I've recently been interviewed for a book titled-

that is now available to order! Being a part of this book was so important to me because clients often ask me:

How do I sustain the momentum, growth and inspiration in my business without running out of steam myself?

Never before has business moved so fast, been so global, and unleashed such creative innovation and business leaders must keep up. You need creative ways to inspire your team to adapt to change. This book is a tool kit of innovative strategies for sustaining your inspiration and making a difference in your career, organization, charity, church, family and world. With a foreword from Dr. Joe Vitale of The Secret, it is a powerful resource for creating business and personal growth in the 21st century. I'm honored to contribute my strategy for creating success in every area of your life and intend to make doing so a bit easier.

I'll be introducing my book on Nov. 18th at Braveheart Women's Rise 2012 in LA.  I'll be signing books and available for discussion during this one of a kind gathering of thousands of women who are coming together to converse, to collaborate and to advance brave and innovative solutions to the world's challenges.  Yep-I'm pretty excited to be there with incredible visionairies including Helen Hunt, Neal Donald Walsch and Gary Zukov & Linda Francis.  I'll tell you all about it next time!

The Sweet & Sour Cleanse Club
The Sweet & Sour Cleanse Club is finished and I want to congratulate all the members for their incredible courage to take on this challenge and win!  Everyone experience positive benefits and some even lost 10 pounds or more.  The group journaled over 225 entries, once again proving the strong correlation between journaling and success.  Over the next couple editions of One Whole Health...FOR YOU! I'll be sharing their results in their own works.  Let's start with Pete, an entreprenuer, Alpine Rescue volunteer & father who recently started his own business. Pete was a rock star member who really took every idea to heart and has this to say about the experience:

"When I started this I wanted to stop eating so much sugar and see how it affected me. What I anticipated was primarily a diet thing of more consistent and even energy and a better GI. What I actually got shook me to my core. Connecting my eating to my vision of how I see myself, the weight loss and other physical effects were great but minimal to the personal growth that came with the cleanse. I fundamentally see myself differently now. I forgive myself my faults, have a much bigger and freer vision for my life and who I am and what I am capable of. I would and have recommended the program to a number of my friends."

5 Tips For Creating Better Balance
While Making Better Progress

Your thoughts have a huge impact on wether you feel energetic or drained.  Here's some tips to harness your thought energy straight from the "Feeling Good On Purpose" Guide:

1. CAN do.  Change your language, thoughts, focus and mind set to what you CAN do in any given situation.

2. Rebound.  "If you fall out, you are human.  If you get back in, you are a yogi."

3. 90 Second Rule. When your thoughts turn toward anything that brings you down, give it only 90 seconds and move on.

4. Resistance. Resistance often masquerades as "control."  try letting go of that you think you should do.

5. Self Sabotage.  Your mind will play tricks on you.  Watch out for thoughts like "I'm Fine" and ideas like will power.
About One Whole Health

Hi! I'm Leah Lund, Executive Health Coach and Neuro Nutrient Therapist with a holistic approach to energy, mood and weight. I founded One Whole Health with the understanding that the success of any organization directly correlates with the energy, focus and balance of its leader.  I teach leaders and people of influence to manage their energy, not their time to achieve personal and professional success.

I use a proven system to help clients repair chemical/hormone imbalances that have unknowingly sabotaged your efforts, while harnessing the power of your thoughts and beliefs through journaling.  Corporate Wellness Solutions, Wellness Retreats and Private Intensives are available.  I am certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and the Neuro Nutrient Therapy Institute.  I serve as an Ambassador and Student Mentor for the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and am a member of the International Positive Psychology Association.
