Hon. Teena D. Grodner (Ret.) - Fairfax

The Honorable Teena D. Grodner (Ret.) recently retired after eighteen years of service as a Judge of the Fairfax County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court, including a period of service as Chief Judge. Prior to her service on the bench, Judge Grodner enjoyed a successful career in private practice focused on family law. Judge Grodner is a Past President and Emeritus Member of the George Mason American Inn of Court and Recipient of the Fairfax Bar Association President's Award for Outstanding Service. She is a Past President of the Virginia Council of Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court Judges and a former Member of the Executive Committee of the Judicial Conference of Virginia for District Courts. Judge Grodner now brings this distinct record of achievement and dedication to The McCammon Group to serve the mediation, arbitration, and judge pro tempore needs of family law lawyers and litigants throughout Virginia.

Hon. Richard Taylor (Ret.) Returns to Richmond for the Summer
We are pleased to announce that the Honorable Richard D. Taylor, Jr. (Ret.)former Chief Judge of the Circuit Court of Richmond, and a Neutral with TMG, has completed his first year at the Yale Divinity School and returned to Richmond for the summer.  

Judge Taylor is now available to provide ADR services before his return to Yale this fall. As we welcome him back for the summer, we also look forward to his permanent return to Richmond after he completes the Yale program.

Hon. Martin Welch (Ret.) Speaks at Maryland Defense Counsel Trial Academy
On April 18, 2016, The Honorable Martin P. Welch (Ret.), Retired Chief Judge of the Baltimore City Circuit Court, and a Neutral with The McCammon Group, spoke at the Maryland Defense Counsel's annual Trial Academy at the University of Baltimore. 

Judge Welch joined a distinguished panel of speakers at this full day interactive trial skills program. Judge Welch presented "Beyond the Courtroom: Using Trial Skills Effectively for Mediation," which included tips on how litigators can utilize their trial skills to effectively resolve cases using mediation.
