Show Your Heart Some Love for American Heart Month
Heart Health
Building A Healthier Heart

February is American Heart Month, and a great time to focus on giving your heart some "love." Cardiovascular Disease, including heart disease, stroke and high blood pressure, is the number one killer of both men and women in the United States.

It is important to understand the risks of these dangerous conditions, and correct any factors that could be contributing. Habits such as physical activity, tobacco use, obesity and diet can all directly effect your chances for heart disease.

Approach your journey to better health one step at a time! There are many ways to improve or alter behavior to show your heart some extra care and attention!
