TMC Announces New Truck Order

TMC Transportation recently announced that it has taken delivery of the first Peterbilt Model 579 and placed an order for an additional 1,500 units, citing the product's fuel efficiency design characteristics and early driver feedback upon reviewing comfort and amenities inherent in the cab and sleeper interior.

 

Representatives from TMC Transportation and Allstate Peterbilt were in attendance at the Peterbilt headquarters in Denton, Texas to commemorate the historic occasion. Read More

Varese and Brusak Named Drivers of the Quarter

Driver of the Quarter Randy Varese comes by his driving skills and his love of the road honestly. As a third generation truck driver, he watched his father and grandfather drive trucks growing up.

 

Randy was recently named TMC's Driver of the 2nd Quarter for his outstanding safety record and overall outstanding performance for the past 11 years. Read More

 

 
 
 

James Brusak, a TMC company driver for 15 years, has been awarded Driver of the 3rd Quarter of 2012.   James has also been recognized within the company for driving one million safe miles and being a driver trainer for five years.

 

"I have been James Brusak's fleet manager for five years and in that time I've had the pleasure of witnessing first hand James' commitment to total customer service," says his Fleet Manager David Boyle.

TMC Honors Veterans

In celebration of Veteran's Day, TMC Transportation held an event in recognition of its more than 600 military veteran employees. At the event, TMC introduced a new military decal recognition program.

 

As part of the new program, each military veteran within the fleet will have a decal added to their truck that identifies him or her as a veteran and signifies their branch of service. Office and shop employees will proudly display their decal on tool boxes or by name plates. Read More
