An Important Reminder
| | |
This is a reminder about drop-off and dismissal times. Our guidelines are listed in the Parent Handbook, but below are a few important reminders:
- Enter Loomis Place from Highland Street at all times. Loomis Place is a legal two-way street but it is much safer if everyone enters from Highland Street and exits onto Canner Street.
- Always drop off children on the school side of Loomis Place and exit them from the vehicle on the sidewalk side of the car.
- Parking on the neighbors side of Loomis Place is illegal unless you have a resident permit. This could result in ticketing or towing.
- Never block our neighbors' driveways!
- Dropping off in the morning at the circle in the Lower School parking lot off Canner is allowed. Please do not block the circle for buses and make sure your child exits from the curb side of the car and uses the sidewalk.

No Sports Practices on Feb. 5
| | |
An All School Faculty Meeting will be held after school on Tues., Feb. 5.
There will be no sports practices held that day.

A group participates in a team-building activity

Middle school students gathered for an exercise last week in team-building, spurred by the student group F-STAND (Foote Students Together Against Negativity and Discrimination) and the Falco's PRIDE initiative. PRIDE stands for perseverance, respect, integrity, dependability, and excellence.
The groups participated in two activities, then discussed them. A day later, advisors discussed the experience with their advisees to continue the conversation.
