MARK 85 & 9D90

MARK 85
The MARK 85 incorporates high strength gearing in our standard die cast housing. The drive can handle vehicle weights of up to 1500 lbs and speeds of up to 12 mph thanks to the large ratio variations available. A motor, electro-magnetic brake, harnessing, connectors, gear reduction and differential are included in one easy-to-install package. Axle configurations are made to order, including hubs, if required.
9D90
The 9D90 is a two-pass helical gear drive system with a PM DC motor that's 4.8 inches in diameter. There is no need for maintenance, with the exception of motor brushes. The drive system is completely sealed with o-rings and spring lip seals to minimize leaks, which also allows for outdoor use in some applications. The drive system is quiet due to precise close tolerance parts and helical gearing. The axles are high strength hardened carbon steel and sport tapered roller bearings.
