MK400 Transaxle
The MK400 Transaxle was developed to offer OEM equipment and vehicle manufacturers the options necessary for drop-in installations. The unique assembly method allows for multiple widths without any tooling requirements, added costs or development time. In addition, several axle configurations provide various wheel mounting options for industry standard wheel designs. ASI offers 3- or 4-inch diameter 24V DC motor power and reliability. To complete your transaxle installation, ASI has the experience and capability to provide electrical connections for all motor and brake leads typically used in the floor care, medical mobility and material handling markets.

Design Elements: Easy design steps; simply provide the following information:
Desired speed on level/incline (speeds range from 64 to 216 RPM)
Tire diameter
Max. vehicle weight (can handle loads up to 900 lbs)
With or without brake (brakes available from 4 to 6 Nm)
Voltage: 24 or 36V DC.
Mounting width (ranges from 9.6 to 14 inches)
