Oasis for Orphans - Happy New Year 2015
  

As we close the book on 2014, we are thrilled to have been part of the Oasis story here in the US and in Kenya. We have seen lives transformed, people mobilized, miles conquered and have received a taste of what is in store for us in the future. This was a truly amazing 10th year for Oasis, but we are even more excited about what God will do through YOU in 2015. With a new year dawning, we shift our focus to what lies ahead, with excitement building for the page-turner God has written for our ministry! Thank you so much for your partnership in this great adventure!

Enjoy some of our favorite highlights from 2014! 

Hundreds of us gathered together in March to celebrate our 10th anniversary


Bob and Sherry were some of the special attendees at our sponsor events


Dave and Conce led a teen youth camp for our Hill and Valley high school students

Megan Derse began a Fellowship with Oasis and started an after school education program
for the children at The Hill 








Bob and Deb Ruzga moved to Kenya to help build Oasis' third children's home, The Shelter





















Among the 52 Oasis travelers to Kenya was our first ever dental team. 
They provided dental care for the children of The Valley and The Hill.


TEAM Oasis had an amazing race year. In addition to adding several races in the Chicago area, TEAM Oasis also added a Houston running team. All total, TEAM Oasis raised over $140,000 toward building The Shelter.

We are so proud of our first four students from The Hill who graduated from high school and are moving on to college in the fall of 2015
And the most exciting news... 


We added 30 new children to our holistic development program at The Valley site 
and many amazing sponsors who support them


And, like any good slideshow, we end with a spectacular sunset on the Maasai Mara! Until next year!
