 OASIS FOR ORPHANS

 YEAR-END LETTER

December 2011

Dear ,

Another adventure filled year has come to an end for Oasis for Orphans. As we look back over all that happened in 2011, we are overwhelmed with gratitude.

First, we want to extend a huge thank you to the more than 400 of you who participated in the "A Dream Too Big For Words" benefit. This was Oasis' first intentional benefit and it was a huge success. All of us were inspired by the "Dreams" of both the orphan children and the people who impacted those children throughout the year. Next year, we will have to include tissue on the chairs, as so many of us were moved to tears by the inspiring stories. We would love for everyone involved with Oasis to see the feature video from the benefit. This video so clearly communicates why Oasis is needed in Kenya and the impact being made on the orphan children. If you have not seen the video, please view it and share it with others who may be interested.

Second, we are grateful for the opportunity to expand our impact in 2012. Your ongoing commitment will allow Oasis for Orphans to move forward in our mission of rescuing and developing orphaned children. With over 2.5 million orphans in Kenya, the need is vast but we are committed to helping one child at a time. Our vision, beginning in 2012, is to strengthen our partnership with TMD and begin to develop new partnerships, reproducing the Oasis program at other sites in Kenya. This aggressive growth plan will require us to reinforce the operational side of the ministry in the U.S and develop sound processes for bringing in new Kenyan partners. We anticipate new challenges but are confident this is the right strategy.

Finally, we are thankful for the results we have achieved together this year. These can be described as nothing less than miraculous and are a testimony to the change that can happen when we work together and depend on God. The following video shows the results.
