January News
President's Message

Dear OCA Members,

Happy New Year to you! I hope you had a wonderful holiday.

In the next few weeks we will all be coming together to celebrate our successes at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) or at the Awards Dinner and at the 2016 OCA Conference.

I would like to thank everyone who is involved with organizing and implementing each of these events. In addition, I would also like to recognize and thank all of the corporate sponsors, speakers and Preferred Vendors for all of their support.

The AGM is the most important meeting of the year. It is a time when all of the events and details of the past year are provided and a time to learn what is new and what will be taking place in the Association this year. Please join us for the AGM on Tuesday, January 19th at 3:00 pm at the Vaughan Estates - Sunnybrook Estates.

If you have any questions about any of the events, please call the office or visit the OCA's website for further information.

Please welcome the following newly Accredited Camps:

Kidz 360
Red Pine Leadership Camp
YMCA GTA - Markham Fairground YMCA
YMCA GTA - Mississauga St. Bernard of Clairvoux
YMCA Northumberland Day Camps - Cramahe Camp Tiki

**Please support your Association's Educational Programs...register today for the conference!

Your participation in the OCA Newsletter is important. Please send your information, pertinent topics and ideas to heather@ontariocamps.ca before the first of the three following months. The 2016 newsletter schedule will be March, June and September.

If you have any questions regarding the Association, please let me know.

Sincerely,
Adam Kronick

The inductee receives $500 cash, $1000 towards the campership of their choice and a beautiful custom-inscribed paddle.
