Weekly News for

Sunday,

July 13, 2014

Dear Friends,

This Sunday our seminary intern, Erica Ferguson, will be preaching. Erica attends New Brunswick Theological Seminary and works  full-time in the Division of Family Development for the state of NJ. She is a member of First Baptist Church in Princeton which is part of the Progressive Baptist Convention.

I know that you will be supportive of Erica as she delivers her first sermon here. She has only been part of our worship services one other time so this will truly be a stepping out in faith experience for her. Most of Erica's hours here at PPPC are given to the Volunteer Village.

Sue Hankins will be the worship leader this Sunday taking on additional responsibilities in the service as I will be home recovering from surgery. I know that you will be supportive of Sue as well. Thank you for the prayers and good wishes I have received. See you on the 20th at the picnic!

Pastor Linda

A Word From Becky Muraglia Regarding the Church Picnic picnic

"This is by far my kids favorite church event...why??? ..... Great food, fellowship and activities.  The fishing is instructed by Mr Hankins who is ever so patient to even the youngest fisherman (even when 4 lines get tied together).  The new playground , I am told, is a kids paradise and of course the GIGANTIC POOL is awesome!"

Registration Forms can be downloaded or picked up in the Narthex and returned to the church office.

We could use help in the planning and during the week.
Please email Christina Parrott and let her know you can help.
Teen helpers are especially welcome!
