"The Faith of a Child" 

This past Sunday, when we invited testimonies from the congregation, the first four hands up were those of children.

I must admit, that sometimes causes me fear because one never knows what is going to be said and whether it will be appropriate for all assembled. 

Sometimes the hand goes up before the mind has gone into action. Then the long pause while the child thinks about what they are going to say. 

God is leading Grace Community to be a Church that ministers well to families with young children!  It is a great joy to see that children are part of the ministry, that they have a place at the table--that they have the opportunity and affirmation to share what is on their mind.  And you know what? 

Kids have great testimonies!
