Greetings!

From the President!

This is the month of Thanksgiving! It is hard to believe that another year is close to end. The holidays are just around the corner. We want to thank our clients for their support the last 28 years.

We are excited because business seems to have come back. Our business is up this year and things are getting better every day. I hope you are seeing the same surge in your business. At the same time we have an increase in our healthcare insurance costs by 31%. The government continues to put roadblocks but the economy seems to continue to get better.

On a different note, we are blessed to have a new member of our team, Manuel Maldonado. Manuel moved to the area from New York with his family. He is originally from Ecuador and his wife is from Costa Rica. He has extensive experience in computer hardware, customer service and support. He has come in and quickly taken responsibility and has taken some of the load off Gary and me.   We are glad to have him.

This monthly newsletter is an effort to communicate with all our customers. It has been a surprise to me that some of our customers do not know all the services we provide. It is my intent that this newsletter will inform you of computer news, inspire you with new business ideas, explain some of our services and maybe even give out some of the ancient Greek recipes that I have :)

Again, thank you for your support the last 28 years and we look forward to continuing to serve your IT needs.
