Congratulations on the most AMAZING sponsoring month we've ever experienced with JK!!! In my three and a half years with Jewel Kade, February was the most exciting time in my business!! As a team, we brought on 658 NEW STYLISTS!!! Incredible?? Yes!!

You may be asking yourself, "what next?"

The LAUNCH PARTY is what's next! Whether you plan on being a hobbyist, a business builder, or somewhere in between, you have to properly launch JK.

It is pretty simple really. You can invite everyone you know and host a JK party at your home...share the JK love and "WOW" all of your friends and family. If your house is small, or big parties are not your thing, meet friends for coffee at a Starbucks or Panera (or some place else) and show them how awesome the jewelry is!! You may even get interest from other curious women who take notice.

If this is your first rodeo and you've never done direct sales before, you may need an extra boost of confidence to get started. Check out the New Stylist Training Modules in your back office that were created just for YOU!! National Sales Director Ginny Lyke has outdone herself by creating short trainings to help you get a jump start on your JK business and give you the confidence to get moving!

Another option out there for you is our COAST TO COAST CALL
call on MARCH 13th. Black Diamond Leader, Julie Shangle will be doing a NEW STYLIST TRAINING that you WILL NOT WANT TO MISS! These calls begin promptly at 9pm ET and include a 10 minute Opportunity Call, followed by training. Information for this call is below.

Spring Tour in your area?? Oh my, seriously...if you are close to one of the cities, you have to attend!!! Meet Janet Kinkade in person and enjoy a day with Stylists from around your area...GET CONNECTED!!! There is NOTHING like walking into a room with 200 other JK Stylists and see the way these women layer the beautiful jewelry!!! MICHIGAN SPRING TOUR (click for details) is coming April 26th and 27th to Ann Arbor, Michigan, so all you ladies in the area, (Chicago, Toledo, Grand Rapids, Windsor, Toronto, and all points in between ) PLEASE JOIN US!! Details for this event are on their way, so be on the lookout!! You could even earn breakfast with Janet Kinkade!!

So in a nutshell, what you do in the first several weeks with your JK business is very important. Do yourself a favor and just give it all you've got! I guarantee that if you try, you will earn extra money, laugh a whole lot more, enjoy good conversation, and make yourself proud.

Best of Luck and see you in Ann Arbor!

-Sophia

BFF, Power of Two, Launch Party, Fun, Passion, Integrity, Determination, Goal Setting, Business Breakthrough... These are all words and phrases that you have been seeing a lot lately and I have to say that they are keys to wonderful futures. Sophia has asked me to share a bit about what I did (personally sponsor 21 new stylists in February) and how I did what I did during Jewel Kade's biggest sponsoring month EVER. It was also the month in which my team grew by more than 100%, so it was our biggest month ever as well and I am so proud of these incredible ladies and grateful for their tenacity and hard work.

All of the tools that you have at your fingertips are what are going to create foundations for your personal businesses, and afford you the opportunity to grow and promote, if that is what you desire for your JK business. I have some very BIG goals for my JK business that I shared with my leader, Sophia, in January. I was so excited when the BFF promotion was announced at the end of January because I understood that it would enable many women who love our jewelry and canvases, but have "been on the fence" about becoming stylists for various reasons, to test the waters and try the JK business opportunity. The risk was low and the investment minimal, especially if one could use JK $$$ to buy the stylist kit. I decided to reach out to more people than ever before to share the information about the BFF promo. I picked up the phone and called people (something that many of us prefer not to do, in lieu of using email and text), but I also emailed, texted and posted information on social media. The bottom line was that the best results came from in-person connections at parties and on the phone. I asked for referrals if someone declined my invitation to join. I was determined that I was going to share my passion for Jewel Kade with as many people as I could this month. I talk to everyone about JK, and I try to never lose an opportunity to share information (even on vacation, at social events, at the gym, nail/hair salon, dr. appts., etc.). You must always be prepared to discuss Jewel Kade and never be caught without at least one item of jewelry on your body. I cannot stress enough how important it is to always be prepared with minimum essentials (business cards, brand brochure/catalog, your refined, brief job description/"30-second commercial," and of course the jewelry you are wearing), even when you don't think you might meet someone. I talked to people on the JK Bahamas cruise, even in my swimsuit on my snorkeling & SUP excursions!

I joined Jewel Kade as a "hobbyist" to get my jewelry at a discount in July 2010. My JK journey has evolved into so much more over the time that I have been a stylist. It was not till I grasped the bigger picture-that you must invite others to join you to also become stylists, use the Power of Two & teach your team to do it also, and used the tools and resources that Jewel Kade has provided in our work stations and from our leaders, that I have seen not only exponential growth in my team, sales, paycheck, but also in the amount of FUN I am having at work. Growth is about more than just sales and "if you are not growing, you are dying" in direct sales. You simply must share your passion and enthusiasm and offer our wonderful business opportunity with others. If you are not doing this, you are short-changing women who may need Jewel Kade, for the business, not just the gorgeous jewelry and canvases. If you don't ask, you will never know, and neither will they!

This has become my full-time job (I have been able to quit my other FT job to just do JK now) and I am so grateful for the opportunities that my Jewel Kade business has brought me. I have been able to earn both fabulous JK incentive trips and form friendships with women who I would never have known, were it not for Jewel Kade. I moved to a completely new area (from Alaska to Oregon) last August and have been able to meet some pretty incredible women and we have LOTS of fun together. The best part for me is that I am watching some of my friends & family members who are on my team and other JK stylists not affiliated with my team, grow their own businesses and evolve into more confident, self-assured women who are on their ways to financial success. Keep your business SIMPLE: sell jewelry, book parties and recruit other like-minded women of integrity to become stylists alongside you. That is the magic combination and it is not complicated. Open your mouth, don't take things personally if someone is not interested and ask for referrals (for sales, bookings and sponsoring). Write your goals down and share them with your sponsor. Use the tools available in your workstation, listen to trainings, attend team calls and meetings and show up. Do what you say you are going to do and do it with integrity, never at the expense of another JK stylist or the company.

I am really excited to welcome so many new stylists to the company and cannot wait to see what the future holds for all of us. We will all be looking back at this time with Jewel Kade and be very grateful that we joined when we did! Awesome, wonderful things await...
