Happy Holidays!
We hope everyone enjoyed a fabulous and fun-filled Thanksgiving last week! Whether we are ready or not, more holidays are right around the corner. Between your shopping, decorating and cooking, join your LWP family for signature holiday events!

17th Annual Pancake Breakfast
On Saturday, December 5, nearly 100 LWP volunteers will gather at the Central Park stage to whisk, flip and serve thousands of pancakes, all in an effort to raise funds for the Leadership Winter Park Legacy Fund. Guests will enjoy a stack of pancakes, sausage, coffee, milk, OJ and a mountain of delicious toppings. Join us from 7:00 - 10:30am to get your fill as a customer or volunteer!

Holiday Luncheon & Adopt-a-Family
Continuing with a tradition started 23 years ago, LWP will bring the current class and graduates together for a special luncheon to celebrate the season and support those in need at the Holiday Luncheon being held Thursday, December 10 from 11:30am - 1:15pm. The event will feature guest speaker, Mark Brewer, President & CEO of the Central Florida Foundation and a presentation of the 2015 LWP Volunteer of the Year award.

This year, LWP has also adopted six families from the Winter Park Housing Authority to provide their children with a joyous holiday. Now though December 14 unwrapped toys or clothing can be dropped off at the Winter Park Chamber - or brought to the Holiday Luncheon. Check the family wish list for more information.
