For the last two months, Rebecca and I have been studying hard to learn the ins and outs of the Social Security System.  I would like to be able to tell you that we now know Social Security's Handbook called POMS (Program Operating Manual System), which provides guidance on implementing the 2728 rules of Social Security, inside and out...but I cannot.  Of course, I do not believe anyone else can honestly make that claim either.  However, what I can tell you is this.  If we don't know the answers, we certainly know where to find them.
