Time to get your fiends together for your volleyball team beginning in February.  The Coed league is held February 13 to March 27 on Wednesday evenings from 6pm to 8pm. The cost is $30 members and $50 for program participants.

Come out and join the training team at the Middlesex Family YMCA in our healthy quest to walk or run the Monument 10 K in Richmond!  Join your fellow members for some comradery and healthy competition!  The program is held February 9-April 12th on Saturday Mornings. The 10K is on April 13th. The Cost is $30 per member or $50 per program participant.
