With a theme of superheroes - "because every child needs a hero" - attendees at the November 14 event were greeted by a Batmobile parked just outside the Hafter Student Center, complete with Batphone and flamethrower.
NBC10 Emmy-award winning journalist and anchor, Rosemary Connors, was host for the second year. Ms. Connors and Dr. Michael H. Mittelman, Salus president, welcomed attendees, inviting them to have a good time for a great cause.  Pictured above are event title sponsors National Vision, Inc. guests and Salus superheroes, Sean Fuster '17AuD, Kevin McClure '19OD and Christopher Albright '19OD.  Read more
New Academy Fellows
Congratulations to the Salus PCO alumni who are now Fellows of the American Academy of Optometry after their October induction at the Academy's annual meeting. In qualifying for and maintaining fellowship, individuals are evaluated against the highest standards of professional competence. The letters "FAAO" (Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry) after an optometrist's, scientist's or other qualified person's name signify to colleagues and patients that rigorous qualifications for fellowship in the Academy have been met. List of inductees
