Coconut "Meat":
The edible part inside this fruit is rich in potassium, B vitamins, minerals, fiber, phyto-nutrients, and saturated fat. The fat in coconut can have beneficial health properties, such as increasing good cholesterol (HDL), although it also raises bad cholesterol (LDL).

Coconut Water:
Less sugar than sports drinks and more potassium than four bananas! Great to rehydrate after light workouts except does not contain enough sodium for sweaty or long workouts.
Too much coconut water over time can be potentially dangerous and possibly lead to potassium toxicity.

Coconut Oil:
This trendy tropical oil has a lot of health claims attached to it. Coconut oil (solid at room temp) has more saturated fat than butter! According to recent literature, coconut oil has not been proven to be heart healthy so include healthier fats in your diet, such as olive oil for light sauté and salads or canola for high heat.
