CAMP ECO FUN OFFERS ADDITIONAL CAMP DAYS

Early-Bird Registration Ends This Week



Due to popular demand, the Vail Recreation District is excited to announce the addition of two more days per week for this summer's Camp Eco Fun day camp for children ages 7 to 11. Camp Eco Fun runs from June 13 to August 12 with drop off at 9 a.m. and pickup at 4 p.m. at the Golden Peak Children's Center. Originally just on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Camp Eco Fun Hawks (ages 7-11) will now offer a second weekly session on Mondays and Wednesdays as well. 


Younger children ages 4 to 6 can join in on the fun at Camp Eco Fun Hummingbirds, which also has a Monday/Wednesday option as well as Tuesdays/Thursdays. Camp Eco Fun sessions offer hands-on learning about the natural environment and include trips to the Vail Nature Center, plus crafts and activities based on a weekly ecological theme. The Vail Recreation District offers an array of summer day camps and sports camps this summer including Camp Vail, Pre-Kamp Vail, Mad Scientists and more! Parents have until Friday, May 27 to register with the early-bird discount for Camp Vail, Pre Kamp Vail and Camp Eco Fun, after which registration price will increase by $2-$5 per day.
