VAIL REC DISTRICT'S YOUTH T-BALL AND SPRING SOCCER PROGRAMS RETURN, REGISTRATION ENDS APRIL 1 
(Vail, Colo.) - Registration is underway for the Vail Recreation District's spring T-ball and soccer programs beginning this April. The VRD is also seeking volunteer coaches and referees for both T-ball and the spring soccer programs, and fees are waived for children whose parents volunteer.

T-Ball
T-ball will take place from 4 to 5:15 p.m. on Mondays, April 18 through May 23 (excluding April 25), at Homestake Peak School. The T-ball program is for children ages five and six and cost is $70 per child. The program will be limited to 20 participants, so be sure to register early. Each session will be spent working on the fundamentals of throwing, catching, base running and hitting for the first half, followed by implementing those skills in a game setting during the second half. Soccer
Soccer programs include micro soccer, U8 soccer and U10 soccer (ages 4-9 as of 7/31/15), all of which will focus on age-appropriate skill building and drills. For more information and to register for soccer, click here. All registrations are due by April 1, 2016.
