HIGH COUNTRY HOOPS REGISTRATION ENDS FEB. 12 
(Vail, Colo.) -The Vail Recreation District has begun its winter season sports programs, however there is still time to register for the High Country Hoops up until February 12.

The basketball after-school program begins later in the year from March 1 through April 7. Girls and boys in grades first through fifth will meet on Tuesdays (first and second grades) or Thursdays (third through fifth grade) from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Each Session will consist of 45 minutes of skill building, including dribbling, passing, shooting, footwork and defense followed by 45 minutes of game play. Cost is $75 per participant however volunteer coaches are needed and coaches' kids play for free. For more information, click here.
