Stiff Neck?

Throughout our life, we are constantly looking ahead.  Our neck muscles tighten to support the forward thrust of our head. 
or
We flatten the curve of our neck in a military style attempt at good posture.  This was my problem years ago - trying too hard to be straight!

 

 

What to do?

 

A neutral curve of your neck should include:  

  • Soft, supple muscles between your skull and the top of your neck
  • A natural curve that moves toward your Adam's Apple
