Sports Yoga For Teens is dedicated to young athlete. This new 4-week series will educate the practitioners on muscle groups, which need lengthening and symmetrical stretching to encourage musculoskeletal balance and reduce the risk of injury. With baseball season around the corner, these special classes will focus on the physical issues related to intensive baseball training. Students from the Berkeley-Carroll HS baseball team will participate and other athletes are welcomed to join.
