GM to Build Shanghai Cadillac Plant

The $1.3 billion factory will produce 150,000 cars a year. Without a 25% import tariff, they will be able to better compete with nearly one million annual German luxury cars sales. However, GM's investments are disproportionately benefitting China, say critics, just three years after US taxpayers bailed them out from bankruptcy.

Falun Dafa (Falun Gong) is practiced in over 100 countries around the world.
