Earthquake Tally: 200 Lives, 11,000 missing

The 6.6 magnitude quake on Saturday has brought out China's human spirit in the form of blood donations and other selfless acts. But, similar to the devastating 2008 quake where volunteers recording footage were arrested, military authorities have kept a tight lid on rescue efforts, turning away international rescue teams.
