A Japanese investment bank issued a report with troubling news for the world's number two economy: as many as seven Asian countries have begun to replace China as the world's manufacturing base. Rising labor prices, pollution coupled with harsh working conditions that give rise to strikes and riots, and corruption are the three main reasons for the trend.
