SBIR welcomes Tony Vengel to our team!
Santa Barbara Infrared recently hired Tony Vengel into the business development and sales team. Tony, a retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel, brings over 25 years of experience in the Defense and private sector acquisition arena both as an operator and program manager. In addition, he was instrumental in significantly growing two small businesses in revenue - the first from $2.5M to $47M in a five year period and the second from $1.5M to $6.5M over a three year period resulting in both companies being acquired by large defense contractors. His experience in the infrared community is primarily on the camera side restructuring the company from R&D to an industry product leader.
