Anchored by bandleader Fred Thomas, SLGTM's albums in the early 2000s (All Your Summer Songs, Every Night) predicted the reverb-saturated production and girl-group revisitations that indie rock would embrace several years down the road.
One Kiss Ends It All expands on those early lo-fi marvels, drawing on the reference points of 60's pop and early indie rock, all filtered through the band's skewed pop lens.

Owen "Blues to Black" Debuts on Rolling Stone

Rolling Stone recently premiered "Blues to Black," the second track to be released from Owen's upcoming album L'Ami du Peuple.
(This is not to be confused with Mike Kinsella's cover album of the Rolling Stone's 1976 record Black and Blue. Details on that project will be coming never.)
