Fall Issue of Contact Magazine now Available |
|
Dear ,
The Fall 2012 issue of Contact magazine is now available for download.
This issue of Contact features many articles related to the field of language training including:
- Cognition in Language Learning: two articles detailing what you should know about memory and how good teachers use imagery.
- Copy Right or Wrong: a major article on the recent changes to copyright legislation and how that affects what you can copy and show in the classroom along with ideas about copy-left.
- Punctuality in the Real World: practical tips about helping your students understand punctuality at work along with many other ideas.
The issue also includes two book reviews and a number of profiles of people and institutions, and we have more news than ever. As usual, we also have some lighter looks at language in our miscellany section.
As editor, I'd like to thank all the writers without whom we'd have no magazine, and I'd like to invite each of you to consider publishing your own stories, ideas, and research.
Our next issue is the conference issue, which should be released at the end of February.
