The ARCH award for an original composition or arrangement for harp was won by Rachel Brandwein. Runner-up was Meredith Henke. These new works will be performed at one of this year's meetings.

The first meeting of the new season was a networking and social event in a St. Paul coffee shop. We shared stories about how we got started playing the harp. There were several surprising and amusing anecdotes.
The Minnesota Chapter plans include a scholarship competition, Music Ed Auditions and Evaluations, Celtic Ornaments workshop and a AHS Young Professional recital.
