Summer Sizzle
Summer came early this season with whopping high temperatures in June, which are continuing through the Fourth of July holiday and into summer. We love our summers here in the Willamette Valley and we take full advantage of the many warm weather activities. Therefore, we only have a few classes during summertime, but we'll be back to a full schedule in the fall. Enjoy your summer from all of us at PMP!

Feldenkrais Class Monday

Steve Cable, Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner-cm, LMT #5712, is leading an open class Monday, July 6, from 3-4:30 p.m. in the Community Room at Willamette Medical Center. The class is open to the public. The cost is $10.

Feldenkrais helps reduce pain and/or limitations in movement, improves physical function and promotes general well-being by improving the body's movement repertoire. This is an excellent movement class for chronic pain patients with limited mobility because it's low impact and the exercises are easy to follow. If you have trouble getting out of bed in the morning, getting up from sitting in a chair or getting in and out of your car, this class can teach you ways to better your movement for less strain and pain. Now is a great opportunity to try this class you've been wanting to try or to take a new class that may benefit you.

Please arrive before 3 p.m. in the Community Room, lower level of Willamette Medical Center, 2401 River Road. For more information, contact Steve Cable at 541-345-8292 or e-mail him at [email protected].
