Erica Bradley 
Is Named New PATV Executive Director

On December 1, 2015, Erica Bradley will assume the duties of PATV Executive Director. 

Erica Bradley began her career at PATV as a college intern in the summer of 1995 from Marist College, Poughkeepsie, NY, where she graduated with a BA degree in Communications, Television Arts and Film.  She officially started her career with PATV in 2001 as the Production Coordinator, and since 2012 as the Director of Technical Operations.  Erica is a member of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS) and was nominated for an NY Emmy with the submission of the PATV program "World War II: Our Veterans Stories". 

Through the years with her editing expertise and television production abilities, Erica has garnered awards from the Alliance for Community Media for her talent and brought PATV several awards from this nationally based organization as well as in 2004, 2008 and 2013 contributing to PATV receiving the national Hometown Award for Overall Excellence in Public Access TV programming.  She was the first instructor for the PATV Youth Project, "Teen TV" and mentored the college interns that came to the organization for television production instruction. 

Before beginning her career at PATV, Erica worked in the independent film industry, working on award winning films such as "The Ballad of Ramblin' Jack", "L.I.E." and "Scotland, P.A.".

All levels receive the monthly newsletter. President's Club and above receive DVD copies of PATV programs of choice.

Shirley Ann Bruno's Retirement Party a Success!

On Thursday, November 19 at the Village Club of Lake Success, PATV celebrated the retirement of Shirley Ann Bruno with Elected Officials, the PATV Board of Directors, PATV staff along with Shirley's family and friends.

There were proclamations, citations, and awards given to mark this momentous occasion and a poignant video of well wishes to Shirley from friends, family and colleagues both past and present.

PATV Board President Robert M. Schaufeld, Esq., presented Shirley with a plaque to be placed in front of "Studio B" at PATV dedicated in her honor as well as a certificate commemorating the generous donation made to "The Michael DeCristoforo Scholarship Fund" in her name given by the PATV Board of Directors and staff.

Elected Officials, Mayor Ron Cooper of the Village of Lake Success, Assemblywoman Michelle Schimel, Mayor Jean Celender of Great Neck Plaza, Legislator Ellen Birnbaum, Mayor Susan Lopakin of the Village of Kensington, Mayor Kenneth Riscica of the Village of Plandome and Councilwoman Anna Kaplan were on hand to share the evening and present Shirley with proclamations, citations and good wishes. Those who couldn't be present but sent good wishes and awards were; Tom DiNapoli, N.Y.S. Comptroller, Judi Bosworth, Supervisor, Town of North Hempstead, and George Maragos, Nassau County Comptroller.
