Three Days Till the Vote
Remember---the Walgreens vote is this Monday. Here is a link to City Council contact info. Email or call City Council members before Monday morning! They need to hear from us again in light of the Zoning Board's vote to recommend the project.
Don't wake up Tuesday morning and wish you had taken 5 minutes to have your voice heard.

Holiday Help
The Dilworth Cares Charity for the year is Charlotte Family Housing, which sponsors a Jubilee Store at Myers Park Methodist each holiday season. Instead of simply giving their residents gifts for friends and family, the store offers them a chance to shop for the holidays at vastly reduced prices. If you are interested in donating to the store, go here for details.

Crime Alert
We have experienced an increase in Residential Burglaries the past two weeks, mainly around Springdale Ave., Hemlock St and McDonald Ave. They have occurred during both day and night time hours when the homes were unoccupied. The method of entry has been to use a brick or rock to break a rear window.
Please call 911 if you see anything suspicious.
Officer J.R. Gilliland
