Greetings!    

Loving all the summer activities in the Columbia Valley. Playing lots of golf, walking, hiking, enjoying the Fairmont Hot Springs! I love watching the summer sports too... PGA US Open, French Open tennis, Stanley Cup Playoffs, NBA playoffs - a great time to be a sports junkie. All these things prompted me to see how much attitude and positive thinking can impact performance and that is what you will find in my June article. The mind is a powerful tool; in fact it has about 10 million thoughts per day, so it is important to know how to control those thoughts. You need to become aware of what thoughts are supporting your best efforts and which ones are limiting your ability to perform at your highest level. In sports, or in any performance activity, your state of mind can be a powerful ally.
