Happy Holidays!
As you head into the holiday season I wanted to share my latest article "Passion." This has been a great month for Canadians in the winter sport scene and it bodes well for upcoming World Championships and World Cup races.
If you are one of those athletes who have experienced a great result already - build on your best ... keep pushing through and demanding more! If you have experienced a slow start to the season and some early frustrations, really focus on "trusting your training" and the results will come. Seasons are not made or broken based on one result, so stay the course and keep positive. Self-Confidence, motivation and "passion" are great predictors of success in sport so focus on being strong in those areas.
I hope you all get a chance to enjoy the holidays with family and friends and let their love fill you up and send you back to your sports with a renewed energy and desire.
Cheers and Happy Holidays, Jan
