Howard Thurman, an African-American theologian, educator and civil rights leader, wrote the following on community:

from beyond them - unknown and undiscovered brothers."

Dinner and a Movie

Join MCC members for a Dutch-treat mid-week movie and dinner! We plan to see "Youth," a movie about a retired orchestra conductor who receives an invitation from Queen Elizabeth to perform at Prince Philip's birthday party while he's on holiday with his daughter and his best friend. Michael Caine, Harvey Keitel, Rachel Weisz and Paul Dano star. The movie begins at 4:35 p.m., followed by dinner at Arezzo Ristorante, 5057 France Ave S. Members and guests are welcome to join us for the movie, dinner or both.

Men's Coffee and Conversation

Caffeine and camaraderie for the male members of MCC and guests! This group meets every other Thursday and is hosted by various members who get the conversation going. Please register by the Monday prior to Men's Coffee and Conversation. MCC member Charlie Kuivinen hosts on the topic of "Ethnomusicology." Charlie and his son, a noted Musicologist, will lead a fascinating session on "Tatar" music.

Candlelight Walk

You raised enough money to purchase food baskets for 50 families and provide additional funds for the school's food bank...and residents at Exodus House and Mary's Place received gifts at their holiday party!
