When he meets Sylvia, a young woman from a Deaf family who introduces him to sign language, Billy suddenly feels confidence and a sense of belonging to a 'tribe' he's never known before. Winner of the 2012 Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Play, Tribes is a biting yet poignant new drama about love, family and finding one's voice." A Guthrie dramaturg assigns parts.

In the Know!

Electronic media connects us to the world. We Email, Google, Skype, Facebook, Tweet and blog.  We depend on instant access to local news and world events on TV. Our in-home entertainment comes through Netflix, iTunes, and Pandora. But what happens when our systems and devices fail? How do we upgrade, add, or replace a device when faced with an intimidating maze of cables and plugs ins?

MCC member Ron Vantine recently purchased a new DVD player from an electronics salesperson who instructed, "just plug it in". Really? Now which cable goes in what plug-in? Ron turned to an expert, Rick Grosse, at Audio by Design, someone Ron trusts to take care of all his connection issues.  Rick brings friendly and efficient service to any problem - from complicated home theaters installations to just a simple fix. If you really want to know how it all works, Rick can provide understandable information. Or maybe you're a technophobe and just need some help hooking up the basics, Rick is your guy too. In today's electronic world, it is important to make sure your connections are solid.
