Challman & Company has been in business for 100 years, and has supplied products to large projects as Target Field and the new light rail system.  Performing the tasks of cutting and fabricating steel anchor bolts, tie rods and other metal products requires proper lighting.  While Challman had switched to T8 fluorescent lamps, they were still looking for improved lighting.  Enter Premier.

Challman's lower level office had older fluorescent wrap fixtures that did not provide the desired light levels.  A simple solution was to replace the older fixtures with new fixtures and improved reflectors and lenses to raise the light levels and provide a bright, welcoming environment for customers and employees alike.

Re-lamping the existing T8 fixtures improved the overall lighting in the main manufacturing & assembly area.

In the cutting room, old, 8 foot T8 strip fixtures were replaced with new, 4 foot 4-lamp T8 fixtures with enhanced aluminum mirror reflectors.  Prior to installing the new fixtures, light levels in the cutting room were 11 foot candles.  After the new fixtures were in place, the lighting level was 52 foot candles, a 472% improvement in light levels!  The employees greatly appreciated the increase in lighting levels allowing them to more easily perform their tasks.
