OCA Board Meeting and Steer Carcass Challenge Field Day Scheduled for May 8

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK. May 1, 2014 - The Oklahoma Cattlemen's Association's (OCA) Spring Quarterly Board of Directors Meeting will take place in coordination with the Oklahoma Cattlemen's Foundation (OCF) Steer Carcass Challenge Field Day on Friday, May 8 at Oklahoma Beef Incorporated located just west of Stillwater, Okla.

All OCA members are invited for lunch at noon and the Board of Director's meeting will begin at 1:00 p.m., followed by the OCF Steer Carcass Challenge Field Day.

"OCA Board meetings are open to all OCA members," said Richard Gebhart, OCA President.  "It is important for our members to know what's going on within their organization and stay up-to-date on industry issues.  Attending OCA meetings and events are a great way to do just that!"

In addition, May 8 will be the final opportunity support the OK BEEF PAC by purchasing raffle tickets to win a Traeger Grill.  The drawing will be held during the luncheon just before the meeting begins.

Please RSVP at www.okcattlemen.org or call the OCA office at 405-235-4391.

The OCA exists to support and defend the state and nation's beef cattle industry.
