FEATURED PLACEMENT

Kendra Moore,
Implementation Manager/Sales Support - e-Learning
Kendra Moore
The VP of Managed Services of an e-learning technology learning company tapped Redfish Technology to recruit an Implementation Manager. The company's web-based curriculum provides educational solutions that raise student performance in mathematics, reading, language arts, and elementary science. The company sought a RDMS to expand key accounts while leading and supervising a team of Implementation Managers, each responsible for delivering the managed services and leading the effort in securing the renewal payment for between 200 and 300 school sites annually. This is a critical role in shaping new strategies for support, recurring revenue and delivery of software services, requiring a strong leader, with mad organization skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Redfish recruited Kendra Moore for her management experience and educational background. She has two decades in education, the first half as a teacher, and the second as a teacher trainer, coach, certifier, and coordinator. She has a B.S. in Elementary Education and an M.A. in Educational Administration. Kendra has specialized in program implementation and educator training, and is adept at digital learning and solutions. She has superior presentation and communication skills, professional development, and program management skills. Rising to the challenge, Kendra was very excited by the career opportunity that Redfish presented her with this dynamic e-Learning company.

"Leah is an expert recruiter.  She seamlessly guided me through the process of landing the job I was seeking.  Leah informed me on what to expect each step of the way, from the first interview to the last.  If I had a question or concern, her response was thoughtful and timely.  She created a process for me that was sequential and straightforward. Her support aided me in reaching my goal!" - Kendra Moore

Those companies that can give customers the best widget at the best price the most quickly via the delivery method of their choice wins the day. Many a company has dwindled and died for lack of ability to tune into the customers' desires. Many an underdog identified a niche opportunity to meet an unmet need in the marketplace and running with it secured a leadership role in the industry.

You just got promoted. Now you're a manager and finally on the career path you always dreamed about. But does it feel different to be in a leadership role? You still get up every day and take a shower, have breakfast and drive to work. Your spouse, your children, your friends - they all see you the same. So not much has really changed, right?

Wrong. At work, everything has changed. Why? Because your boss, the most important person in your professional life, needs you to play a completely different role.

You probably got singled out for promotion because you were a strong performer, a producer who achieved excellent results. Now you're in charge of a team, and your job is to get OTHER people to be strong performers. That's what management is about. It's the art of getting results through people. It's so difficult that most people want nothing to do with it. Of those who take the challenge, many underestimate the complexities of management, and fail. But knowing what to expect when you take on that new position can help you succeed.

With a better understanding of these three areas of your image, or brand, you can construct a short statement that describes you, such as ...Red Arrow
