The Director of US Sales of this Network Intelligence technology provider charged Redfish Technology with the job of finding superior technical talent for their nascent and growing US operations. The company is privately-held, profitable and has just closed round C of funding. Critical to the successes of this cornerstone hire was the technical expertise along with impeccable communication skills to liaison with clients in a sales capacity, product development as a programming expert, and executive management as a strategic thinker. Redfish recruited Sharad Ahlawat out of Cisco for his 20 years in security and networking, deep packet inspection and classification technology experience. Sharad shone far above other potential candidates because of his extensive cross-functional experience in product management, software development, pre-sales and customer support. He has worked successfully with international businesses, building and managing teams, leading technological innovation, and providing excellent sales support and client relations.
