HEALING CIRCLE
You are welcome to attend
the next Healing Circle on Wednesday,
FEBRUARY 17, 2016
FROM 6 - 9 PM
at Asbury Tower,
1701 Ocean Ave. Apt. 23 H
in Asbury Park, NJ.
PLEASE RSVP. Since the space is limited, I will need to know if you are coming. You can do this by e-mail [[email protected]] , phone 732-284-9990, or text.
If I cannot accommodate everyone who wants to come on the date announced, I will offer a second date to those who call.
This is an opportunity to gather with other practitioners and share what is going on, ask questions, and receive support. It is also a time for both meditation and receiving Reiju and, of course, this is all followed by an exchange of Reiki.
Click on the link below for directions and give me a call if you are having any problems. There is a parking lot used by surfers and fisherman as well as others, opposite the front entrance of Asbury Tower, to the left of the boardwalk, which you can use FREE.
There are also parking spaces all around the building which have parking meters.
Also a block down any side street, there is open parking. It is a couple of blocks north of 404 5th Ave. where we use to have it and you can easily see the tall building from there. Feel free to call me if you are having any trouble. The Sunset Ave. Bridge is also closed for repairs to add to the challenge - but detour signs are clearly marked. Just touch the #1 when you come into the main entrance and the security guard will let you in. Take elevator to 23rd floor. Brookdale Community College Classes begin February 5, 2016 for 8 weeks Fridays 2 pm
Tai Chi Easy is carefully developed method and approach to Tai Chi and Qi (Chi) Cultivation that makes it easy, beneficial and fun from the very beginning. The student does not have to devote years to learning the traditional 108 movement form or even the shortened (24,36,42) form to enjoy the calming emotional and health benefits of Tai Chi. Tai Chi can be done sitting, standing, or walking. Movements may be done individually or in combination. Since it is a mind/body integration practice, it can reduce stress, and create a state of relaxation and calm. Come join us. It is safe for people of all ages and levels of fitness as the movements are low impact and place minimal stress on muscles and joints. Bill Stevens is a certified Qigong/Tai Chi teacher from the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi under the supervision of Dr. Roger Jahnke

LOOKING FOR A REIKI PRACTITIONERS WHO WOULD LIKE TO WORK WITH CATS
AT A VERY SPECIAL RESCUE IN HOLMDEL, NJ
I have gone out to Rescue Ridge several times with my friend Elaine and she has introduced me to a very special lady, Rose, who along with other very, very dedicated people have created beautiful caring places for homeless, ill, feral, and special needy cats. They do everything on their own time - clean, feed, create, and love. They would love to have Reiki volunteers become involved with them in offering this healing energy to cats who have many needs. These beautiful animals are hanging out, waiting for you.
Rescue Ridge is a last chance, non-profit animal rescue. The cats seen above are in the Holmdel area. If this is something that you would like to become involved with contact me 732-284-990 or [email protected] and mention your interest in Rescue Ridge.

GET UP EARLY AND VIEW FIVE PLANETS AT ONCE
(Be ready for cloud along the horizon as well)
If you follow celestial comings and goings at all, you know that bright planets have been largely missing from the evening sky for a few months. Sure, with careful watching you could have spotted Saturn low in the southwest as late as November, and Mercury put in a brief appearance a few weeks ago.
But really all the action has been in the sky before sunrise. Anchored by bright Venus and Jupiter, joined by Mars and Saturn, this planetary fab four has been dominating skywatchers' attention for months. (Did you catch last October's triple play involving Venus, Jupiter, and Mars?) The show is far from over. In fact, during the next two weeks you'll have a good chance to view five planets at once. It's a real visual treat, so don't pass up the chance to see it.

This is a rapid sequence of excellent videos.
Don't blink because you might miss
something special.
