Once you have activated your net ID, you can access the expansive array of databases available through the management library.  Click here to view a recent webinar demonstrating how to access some of the most used databases. For career exploration, start by reviewing the Vault Guides.  As a Johnson student, you have access to all of the Vault Guides.

Stay Abreast of Industry Newsindustry

To successfully answer many of the interview questions you will get in the recruiting process, you must be knowledgeable about current events and about specific industries and functions.  As a Johnson student, you have access to several business newspapers.  To access the Wall Street Journal, go through the Management Library's website https://johnson.library.cornell.edu/, and go to the link on the first page under "Popular Databases". The paper is listed 2nd under the New York Times and is broken down into sections, including Front Page, Business & Tech, etc. Another good option for business news is The Financial Times. You will need to register for an account if this is your first time using it as a student. For more information about specific resources to explore by industry and function, go to the new student page on the Johnson website and go to the Recommended Reading section .
