We are excited to announce our new Chop Bar Fresh Sheet featuring "modern cuisine" with selections unique to the Quad Cities. Each month boasts new items filled with taste and creativity from our award-winning culinary team. It's available in addition to our regular Chop Bar menu.
The initial Chop Bar Fresh Sheet which runs now until June 1st features:
Appetizers: Pan Roasted Polenta Cakes - with caramelized onion confit, fresh goat cheese and thyme-infused clover honey - $11.95
Smoked Duck & White Bean Crustini - with fresh press olive oil and fresh chives - $12.95
Sandwiches: Bone Marrow Prime Burger - prime ground beef basted with bone marrow and duck fat bone marrow toasted artisan roll, seasoned pomme frites and traditional condiments - $14.25
