Great for absolute beginners and advanced dancers alike,  belly dance vocabulary, foundational technique, isolations, foot patterns, technical drills, posture, dance combinations, finger cymbals, basic music and timing, warm up and cool down are taught in class. These classes are technique based and not stylized, great for dancers of any style and level looking for a strong belly dance foundation based on classical training methods.
