!We're making some big changes here at FatChanceBellyDance®.
It occurs to me that the world is getting smaller and bigger at the same time; we are all connected by the internet, so vast distances are getting smaller but our friendships and connections are getting richer and bigger. It's a new way of looking at things, especially for shop owners. Discs, DVDs and books are no longer the only way to get content as downloads are more and more accessible. To keep up with this phenomenon, we are discontinuing the commercial discs and books that you can easily download or order on sites like iTunes and Amazon. In their stead we are adding a Virtual Library where you can read my recommendations for hundreds of items, instead of just the things we carry at the shop. We'll add links to purchase from the big sites if the items are still in print, and if not you can search the web to find out of there are copies to be found. In addition we'll be moving our DVD downloads to our own site, as well as adding On-line Classes and Lectures that you can subscribe to. We will continue to sell hard copies of our discs, CDs and books, as well as those of independent artists.
To that end, we are having a sale on the remaining inventory so if you've been waiting for an excuse to pick up a special DVD, now is the time!
