 TIRED OF THROWING AWAY MONEY TO PAY SERVICE FEES EVERY TIME YOU RECEIVE AN INSURANCE BILL? Every time a bill is sent out to you (except for the initial bill at the start of a new policy period) from Erie Insurance a $5 service fee is added onto your policy premium that is due. So if you pay on the 9 month billing cycle that Erie offers you would be paying a total of $40 a year in service fees. You can save the service fees by signing up for Erie Expresspay and have the payments taken directly from your checking or savings account every month. The payments would come out of your account on the effective date of your policy. If your policy renews on April 13th, your payment would be withdrawn the 13th of every month.
