Distinguished Alumnus - Abe Keisoglou
 | Then |
Another 1963 PCHS graduate has enjoyed success in both the business world and family life, making his classmates proud. Abraham was known to most during high school as Abe Keis. Abe attended Wayne State before transferring and graduating from MSU with a degree in Engineering.
Abe worked at Chrysler, Rockwell and Ford Motor Co. for a combined 13 years before opening his own engineering and consulting firm in 1981. His company became a preferred supplier to the Big 3 and others, expanding into engineering software products by 1987. With two patents on software technology relating to structural and safety design, his team of over 300 employees world-wide operate active offices in eight countries in addition to managing global distribution in more than 20 other international locations.
As an exit strategy, Abe recently sold a majority stake in his

company to an international enterprise, while staying on as CEO. He plans to take the company public in the next two years. This will allow him to retire and spend more time with his wife Marie, with whom he recently marked 43 years of marriage. He met Marie at MSU and they now enjoy family time with their three grown daughters and 7 grandchildren. The Keisoglous plan to maintain their home in Royal Oak while spending more time each year in Fort Lauderdale and Lake Margarethe near Grayling. Let's all give Abe a big high five for his amazing accomplishments when we see him at the reunion in August.
